Dick made a "killing" in real estate last year, so we took advantage of the unusual cash flow to upgrade our house and the three out-buildings. Robert said he'd get started in July, but it was actually more like December! In the meantime, Wade put in a lot of time and effort on the out-buildings--both the horse barn and the machinery shed got major face lifts, as well as cement floors. Rance and Scott had a hand in all this activity, too. FINALLY, Robert and crew showed up, and good weather or bad, they worked fairly steadily until mid-April. There were big changes and little changes, and the end result is spectacular! Big things include new steel roof, new steel siding, all new windows, new porch with resulting new attic and roof line, and a new bathroom downstairs. Small things include putting a commercial hood over the fancy 5-burner, 2-oven kitchen stove I bought last summer. Then for Mother's Day Scott & Dick cut down two big trees in my yard that have been slowly dying and getting uglier every year -- it's amazing what that did for the yard. And then Mother Nature sent us about 6 inches of rain during the last two weeks, and the grass is GREEN and the lilacs are outdoing themselves for blossoms. Sometime this summer, we will have a House Warming Party, but in the meantime, here are some before and after pictures.

Don't be to searching for the "before" pictures yet because they have yet to surface!
It looks great!
